We collect the following information
When you place your quotation request / order we collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address and in some instances your credit card information. We also record which products you purchase. As part of our quality programme we also monitor our customer's web traffic patterns using WebTrendsLive (you can see their privacy policy here) which help us to improve the web-site and services we provide.
What we do with the information we collect
We will use the information to process quotation requests and or orders, and to provide a more personal browsing experience.
We may use this information to tell you about our new products and services or, those of other companies we work with. If you do not wish to receive such information, please contact us in writing by e-mail, fax or letter and we will be happy to adjust our records accordingly.
In the case of contracted goods or those with limited time guarantees (for example electrical items such as computer systems) we may pass your name, address and delivery date information to the manufacturer to ensure your guarantee is valid).
