Woodman Hiking Boots (NZ)

These are the boots I chose for heavy hiking/tramping. They are made here in New Zealand.

The upper is all leather with a comfortable lining in the ankle area.
Lace hooks on the upper section provide for easy lacing up and a snug fit.

Fitted with a medium to stiff midsole section which provides great stability on rocky or eneven surfaces, the tread pattern is excellent and does not clog up easily like some other boots.

I wear these boots with heavy weight woolen socks with a lycra/polypro inner sock to reduce skin friction.

For us Kiwis ( I do not know if they are available overseas ) I think that they are the best value for money and would reccomend them to anyone looking for a hard wearing comfortable boot without spending huge dollars.
