What a great find these are!
Basically, they are a foam-type sleeve, which fits snugly over a water/sports bottle.
You soak the sleeve with liquid, (water or anything else), and as the liquid evaporates, it magically reduces the temperature of the fluid in the bottle by up to 30o
These would have been heaven-sent on the mds, where I got really sick of drinking tepid fluids all the time.
They have been great when out for long runs on warm days, and I shall be taking them with me to any future hot-weather events.
