Raid Celtique 2006
The Raid Celtique is a 192km stage race held every two years in the Kerry region of South West Ireland. The course takes runners through some of the most beautiful parts of Ireland, on paths and trails along rugged coastlines, fine sandy beaches and over stunning mountains and hills. The setting, along with the renowned warmth and hospitality of the Irish, provide a wonderful backdrop for the Raid Celtique. The race is supported. The organisers supply all food and beverages throughout the event along with full medical and sports therapy support.

. The Raid Celtique 2006 will take place from July 7th to 16th.
Cost 1300 euros Excluding flights.( nearest airport is Cork) Companion fee 700 euros.
How Tough is it?
With so much elevation and such long stages, the race is considered taxing for both walkers and runners.
